Former Ukraine striker Andriy Vorobey shared his opinion on the difficult staffing situation facing the team's coach Serhiy Rebrov ahead of the Nations League matches against Georgia and the Czech Republic.

There are many guys who are proving themselves in the UPL. Why not give them a chance to prove themselves in the national team? This is a normal phenomenon. Competition is good. It is not necessary to focus on one player. You need to rotate. I think we have a resource in the Ukrainian championship. There are enough players. The coaching staff doesn't need to think about Malinowski, Zinchenko, Stepanenko or anyone else getting injured. No need to pay attention to this. They need to put other players in the lineup and they will do well. They will have a desire to play and prove themselves. This can even play to the advantage of the national team.
The newcomers have good chances to prove themselves. Nazarenko is a young player. He and Sudakov have already scored seven goals each and are the best goal scorers in the UPL. Nazarenko has previously shown himself well for the youth national team at the international level. I like his game. I think they will have chances and everything is in their hands and feet! This is their chance when more experienced players are injured. They need to prove themselves," Vorobey said.
