Ten Hag on 1:2 with West Ham: “For the third time this season, I felt injustice”

Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag commented on the defeat in the 9th round of the English Championship against West Ham (1:2).

“This season we have felt unfair treatment three times. We must convert our chances. We should have been leading 2:0 or 3:0. When you lose 0:1, it takes strong character to get back into the game, and the team showed that. But conceding from a penalty is unfair and dishonest.

This is another disappointment, but I can’t do anything about it. We are not gaining the points we should. We need to look in the mirror. We are not scoring, even though we are playing well. Losing in such a way is unpleasant,”— cites Ten Hag as saying BBC.
