The head coach of "Alexandria", Ruslan Rotan, answered a question about why Kyiv’s "Dynamo" and Donetsk’s "Shakhtar" look so unconvincing in the European cups this season.

"The war, unfortunately, has affected everyone. Football is no exception. The level of the Ukrainian league should be different. Resistance on the football field should be present in every match. I want to see games of the level of "Dynamo" - "Shakhtar" in each round. Our opponents in the European cups play in strong leagues with high competition. We lack intensity. I am sure that after the war ends, the level of our football will rise," Rotan’s words are quoted by SportArena.
