The head coach of Lviv’s Rukh, Vitaliy Ponomaryov, commented on his future after the two Lviv clubs merge at the end of this season:
Vitaliy Ponomaryov. Photo — fcruhlviv.com“It’s hard to say about the future. Here, you don’t know how events will unfold after the start of the second part of the Ukrainian championship, so I don’t know what will happen to me in six months.
I know for sure that Rukh will play until the end of the season, and that we need to take care of the replacements for those of my wards who will continue their careers in other teams, particularly in Karpaty. Here I am counting on a few leaders from the second-league Rukh-2 and the youth team (U-19),” said Ponomaryov.
Currently, Rukh has scored 23 points and is in seventh place in the UPL.
