The former head coach of Kyiv's "Dynamo" and the Ukrainian national team, Yozhef Sabo, commented on the news about the merger of Lviv’s "Karpaty" and "Rukh".
— A lot has already been written about this. However, there is currently no information that this is a hundred percent certain. What is my overall opinion on this matter? People have money, and one of them wants to support the team. And the second one now too... As for "Karpaty", I don’t even know who will be in charge there.
— It is said that a possible reason is that the owner of "Rukh", Hryhoriy Kozlovsky, has encountered financial difficulties, which is why he is going for a merger with "Karpaty".
— I think he has money. Especially since he built a whole sports complex, maintains the Academy and the team. Money is being earned; the company is working. However, why guess now? Let’s see how it goes.
