Russian coach Valery Ovchinnikov, speaking on the topic of the exclusion of football clubs and national teams of his country from world football, openly demonstrated the level of his intelligence.
"Of course, Russia will not return to the international arena this year.
But we are already used to not participating in European tournaments and international competitions. And the longer we do not participate in them, the better football will become in Russia," Ovchinnikov's words are quoted by "Championat".
