Defender of Kyiv "Dynamo" Taras Mykhavko commented on his stay in the national team camp of Ukraine in an interview with the UAF press service.

— Taras, what emotions do you feel about being called up to the national team of Ukraine?
— I found out about the call-up about a week ago, perhaps a little less. Of course, I was pleasantly surprised, as this is a dream. Despite the fact that we are only here for a few days, it is still a huge experience. I dreamed of getting into the national team since childhood, like every footballer. I reacted very emotionally to this news and shared it with my loved ones. For me, it is a great honor, so I am very satisfied and glad to be here.
— Were you nervous before the first training session?
— I wasn't particularly nervous since I am used to this level at "Dynamo," where there are also experienced footballers. Maybe when I arrived at the team's location, I was a bit nervous, but on the football field, I didn't feel any jitters.
— What were your feelings after the first training session with the national team?
— Only positive ones. Today was an engaging training session, not too intense. But any training with the national team is a great achievement for me, so the mood is excellent.
— What goal do you set for yourself in this short gathering?
— To show myself in the best light.
