In Belarus, Lvov goalkeeping coach Vasily Khomutovsky, who returned to his homeland for a knee operation, was arrested.
The video of his detention and interrogation was published by pro-government telegram channels. On it, he admits that he participated in protests in 2020.
Now Khomutovsky may face from 3 to 7 years in prison, a fine, arrest or restriction of freedom for the same period.
According to the head coach of Lviv, Oleg Dulub, Khomutovsky did not allow the thought that he could be detained in Belarus, and planned to return to Ukraine soon.
