Former "Karpat" player Artem Fedetskyi talked about the head coach of "Shakhtar" Ihor Jovyevich, under whose leadership he worked in the Lviv club.

— In Shakhtar, he rallied the team. And all of Ukraine, I think. He is a motivator. This is not just a coach of a good European level, but also a psychologist. He puts himself in the same row with the football players and communicates with everyone on an equal footing. When there is a dialogue between the coach and the players, it reveals the best qualities of this or that football player, Fedetskyi said on the broadcast of the Karpat YouTube channel.
