Dynamo Kyiv graduate Daniil Knysh, who recently signed a contract with Karpaty Lviv, told why he failed to play in the capital club, and also assessed the potential of the famous ex-Dynamo player Viktor Tsyhankov.
Daniel Knysh- Why do you think you failed to gain a foothold in Dynamo?
- To be honest, I don't know. I wanted to try something new, so I left Dynamo. Although he could still extend the contract for six months, he decided to leave the Kiev club.
- Which of the players who were at Dynamo inspired you with their game?
“Of course, this is Viktor Tsygankov. We were very good friends at the Dynamo Academy. Now we rarely communicate, when we played in the Premier League, we could cross paths and talk. However, Tsygankov is really a top player. For his age, he "carried" people on the football field so much that it was scary to play against him.
- Will Tsygankov be able to play in Girona?
- Why not? He is a very smart, technical footballer. He has a great desire to progress. Of course, he could have gone somewhere earlier, but there was such a situation that he failed. However, I think that this transfer of Tsygankov from Giron is timely and Viktor still has time to prove himself.
