Dyachuk is playing on the ball, orienting himself on the ball, looking at the ball and trying to play the ball in the end. Sitalo attacks him from behind and pushes his shoulder into his back. Without this push, the Ingulets forward had no chance to play the ball. It was definitely a foul, and such fouls are whistled immediately. And by the way, later, when Vanat tried to take the ball away from Ingulets defender Kucherenko in a similar manner, the referee's whistle blew instantly.
