Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte has said that Spurs fans are running out of patience as pressure on the Italian grows amid calls for his dismissal.

Conte is expected to leave Tottenham when his contract expires at the end of this season, despite the fact that the club has the option to extend his contract for another 12 months.
