Last Monday, Ukraine, like the rest of the civilised world, celebrated Remembrance Day. On this day, we remember all those who gave their lives for our freedom and independence during the Second World War and are now continuing to do so in the war against the Nazis.
Before the Ukrainian championship match between Kryvbas and Dynamo (0:1), players from both teams took part in the commemoration of the heroes who died fighting for a better and freer future for Ukraine.
The Dynamo players joined the initiative of the hosts and set up blue and yellow flags on the pitch along the way to the match, paying tribute to the Ukrainian soldiers.
