The head of the Russian Football Union, Aleksandr Dyukov, described how heroically local football officials are saving the so-called Russian national team from total oblivion.

- Now we are in talks with several football federations about friendly matches of the national team. A decision will be made shortly. As soon as we sign the agreements, we will announce them," the local media quotes Dyukov as saying.
It is frightening to imagine with whom Dyukov's under-country is planning to play friendlies after matches against Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran and Iraq.
