Serhiy Lavrynenko, Ingulets' former coach, spoke about his time in Petrovo six months after his dismissal.
- It's no secret that the president always made all the major, key decisions at Ingulets. He was responsible for many issues. There was no staff of managers as such - a director, a sports director. And this is the case in many teams. Not all, but many. The coach should be engaged in coaching. Because at Ingulets, I often had to combine several functions - coach, administrator, sports director. Domestic issues took a lot of energy. I want to do coaching work, for me it is creativity. I want to be at a club that has a development plan - an academy, a youth team," Lavrynenko was quoted as saying by UA-Football.
