Unfortunately, the head coach is primarily responsible for the result. No matter what emotions we are experiencing now, this is a complex process and difficult decisions. We still need to pause.
But we are definitely not saying goodbye. We say goodbye. Both the fans and the players supported the coach. When you say goodbye to the team with such a victory and keep it in the UPL, it is a big bonus for the coach. I hope that someday, after some time, Yuriy Virt can lead Veres again.
Now there is a candidate for the head coaching position. I won't name him yet. He will come and present his programme. It will be a three-year contract. There are clear commitments from the coach and clear commitments from the club. Undoubtedly, we need to get stronger. I want us to see a different Veres on the pitch on 29 July," said Ivan Nadein.
