Former Dynamo, Shakhtar and Ukraine national team forward Zhunior Moraes continues legal proceedings with his current club - Brazilian Corinthians.
Júnior MoraesIn early June, Moraes sued the Timau, demanding early termination of his contract, as well as monetary compensation from the club for breach of contract worth a total of 3.8 million Brazilian reals (the equivalent of 700 thousand euros).
However, according to the latest reports, now Júnior has added another to this demand - he wants compensation from Corinthians for the moral damage that was caused to him by the comments of one of the Timau's shareholders, Alessandro Mori Núñez, who, interestingly enough, previously also played football and played in Ukraine for Dynamo.
Moraes wants additional 1,1 million Brazilian reals (just over 200 thousand euros) from Corinthians for Alessandro's words.
Previously, it was reported that Junior Moraes has obtained the court termination of his contract with Corinthians, but the official confirmation of this information has not yet been obtained.
