Former Dynamo forward Viktor Leonenko commented on the appointment of Dutch specialist Patrick van Leeuwen as Shakhtar head coach.
Victor Leonenko"I fully agree with van Leeuwen that Shakhtar will play combination football and very quickly. But it is always dangerous and always beautiful, like in Lucescu's time at Shakhtar. But there is a question of how long it will take until the players start to play like that. I think Shakhtar can already be congratulated on winning the Ukrainian league title. Van Leeuwen is a serious coach, he knows how to talk and find ways to approach the players," Leonenko said in a podcast of his Telegram channel.
