"Liverpool interrupt Chelsea's transfer offer for Moises Caicedo

Liverpool have made a better offer than Chelsea for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, journalist Matt Lowe reports.

According to a source, it is likely that Liverpool returned to Caicedo's candidacy because of Chelsea's activity in acquiring Romeo Lavia. It will be recalled that the Reds are also interested in the 19-year-old Belgian, but Southampton have already rejected two of their offers.

It should be added that Moises Caicedo's transfer fee is €55 million.
