I always thought he was pro-Russian. That's why I was very surprised when, in the very first days of the full-scale invasion, he immediately adopted a completely pro-Ukrainian position and helped the Armed Forces of Ukraine in every way possible.
From the very first days, he was personally at the epicentre of the defence of the government quarter and cooked food for our defenders himself, organised the reimbursement of expenses for volunteers who provided food for our soldiers.
I immediately forgot my previous assumptions and told my friends that I was very wrong. Now I regret not telling him that in person," Sirota wrote on his Facebook page.
