Real Madrid's Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin has decided to leave the Spanish club, Diario SPORT reports.
The Ukrainian made this decision when the Madrid club rented Kepa Arrizabaga to replace the injured Thibaut Courtois, rather than bid for him.
Due to Kepa's injury, Lunin will be defending Real Madrid's goal in the upcoming match against Valencia. He will probably also play against Cadiz, Granada and Napoli. The goalkeeper hopes not to miss such an opportunity.
Lunin's agreement expires on 30 June, Real Madrid have not yet made an offer to extend the contract. The footballer realises that he will not be the main goalkeeper of the team when there are Thibaut Courtois and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
It is noted that the player has offers from other clubs. In particular, the footballer is interested in the Bundesliga. Borussia Dortmund and Bayer have already expressed their interest. Also does not exclude the option with Bayern.
"Real" signed Lunin from "Zarya" in the summer of 2018, since then he has played only 20 matches for the team.
