The draw for the group stage of the Euro 2024 finals took place today in Hamburg.
We would like to remind you that 24 national teams will take part in Euro 2024. All of them before the draw for the group stage of the tournament are divided into four baskets - six teams in each. Accordingly, following the draw, six groups will be formed - four teams in each.
At the moment 21 participants of the European Championship are known. Three more vouchers for the tournament will be played in the play-offs of the selection of Euro-2024 on the quota of the League of Nations, which will be held in March next year). Recall, one of the participants of this play-off round (in the way "B") is the national team of Ukraine. And today's draw determined the composition of the group in which the "blue-yellow" squad will fall in case of qualifying for the European Championship - it is group "E" with Belgium, Slovakia and Romania.

Recall, the final part of Euro 2024 will be held in Germany from 14 June to 14 July 2024. The host cities will be Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart.
The opening match of Euro 2024 will take place on 14 June in Munich at the Arena Munich. The final match of the European Championship will be hosted by the Olympiastadion in Berlin on 14 July.
