Today's match of the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship between Minaj and Dynamo was postponed, among other things, due to the lack of artificial lighting at the stadium in Minaj. We invite you to read the articles of the regulations of theUkrainian Premier Leaguefootball championship of the 2023/24 season regarding this part:

Article 60. Lighting

1. Matches are held in the daytime or in the evening under artificial lighting of the stadium. The vertical illumination of the football pitch shall be uniform, with an intensity of at least 1400 lux in the direction of the main television platform and 1000 lux in the direction of the cameras at field level.

2. The stadium must have a functioning emergency (backup) lighting system with the intensity specified in clause 1 of this article.

3. The lighting with a minimum power of 1400 lux in the direction of the main television platform and 1000 lux in the direction of the cameras at field level must be switched on no later than one (1) hour before the start of the television broadcast of the match and remain at the appropriate level throughout the match and thirty (30) minutes after its completion, unless otherwise decided by the UAF match delegate and the Official Broadcaster.

4. The stadium's technical lighting must be switched on after the match and remain on until the match participants and spectators leave the stadium and the Official Broadcaster has finished dismantling its television equipment.

"If the duration of the air alert exceeds 60 minutes, the match delegate together with the referee (after consultation with the teams' representatives and a representative of the relevant regional/city military administration) may decide to terminate the match on that day. In this case, the organiser of the competition decides on the place, date and time of the match."
