Dynamo.kiev.ua has learnt that Dynamo Kyiv have decided to radically reform the selection department.
It is expected that some of the veterans, who have been recently involved in this service, will retire. The reforming itself was entrusted to the former Dynamo player Artem Kravets.
The new transfer policy of the club will be based on the real state of affairs: first of all, on the martial law and impossibility to buy about 90% of the players who are in the club's sight.
At the same time, there are discussions about bringing in new specialists who were not professional footballers, but are engaged in modern methods of searching and assessing the capabilities of players.
As for another ex-Dynamo player Yevhen Khacheridi, he, as it was reported, will indeed join the staff of the club's selection department, but at this stage he will be an ordinary selector, gaining experience in a new kind of activity.
