In the first part of the Ukrainian championship, the referees took red cards out of their pockets 50 times for offenders.
Photo: fcdynamo.comAnd it turned out that 2023 was the most "fruitful" year for red cards in the history of Ukrainian championships: 85 (!) players were sent off, including 35 in the spring of last season.
Most often, players left the field early in May - 17 times and August - 16.
In total, since 1992, 1546 suspensions have been recorded for players from 48 clubs.
