We have a valid contract with 1+1, we are law-abiding people and we will fulfil it. We have the right to review the contract every season. If there is an interesting offer [for the UPL TV TV pool], we will come to an agreement. Maybe 1+1 will find it unprofitable to cooperate with us," Friedman said.
