Shakhtar head coach Marino Pusic has commented on the information that the club rejected the offer to sell team leader Georgiy Sudakov.
Marino Pušić (photo: shakhtar.com)"Every coach is happy when he can save one of his best players. It's obvious. I am happy not only for myself, but also for the club. I think it's a good signal for Europe that we can keep quality players.
I am also always happy when a club and a good player decide to move to the highest level. This is a normal process in the football business. But now I am happy that he stays with us to continue his development," said Pušić.
Earlier it was reported that Shakhtar refused to sell Sudakov for 40 million euros to Italian Napoli.
