Head coach of the Ukraine national team Serhiy Rebrov answered questions related to his appointment as vice-president of the UAF.
- I agreed to it because I'll be doing what I've been doing. But I have more responsibility. I agree with it, and I am not afraid of this responsibility, because I will do what I have been doing and what I like to do.
- What is your position on the possible reorganisation of the U-19 and U-21 youth championships?
- My position is that I hope we bring back the [U-21 championship]. It's not just my proposal, my decision. We have to talk to the clubs and solve this issue. My position that we should bring back the [championship] U-21 is very important for the institution of the national teams and for the transition year of the players, because after the U-19 we lose a lot of players.
- The return of the U-15 and U-20 national teams: what is your position?
- We haven't talked about it yet.
- What decisions were made just then at the executive committee?
- A lot of decisions. It was more not decisions, but preparation for the next executive committee. Now we have set a lot of tasks, and everyone should work, prepare all the decisions for the next executive committee and the problems we have.
- Is there a possibility to restore the memorials of Lobanovskyi and Bannikov?
- I would love to. But now we definitely did not talk about it.
