Rukh Lviv head coach Vitaliy Ponomarev commented on the visit of the head coach of the Ukrainian youth national team, Unai Melhosa, to the team's training camp.

Some players already play for the youth team, some are candidates for the national team. I talked to him and Unai said that he has a long list of players that his coaching staff would like to see in the U-21 team.
At the moment, some are better prepared, some are worse, some still need to make an effort to get into the youth team, but the main thing is that Rukh has many candidates for the U-21 national team. The head coach of the youth team is satisfied with the players who have already worked with him in the national team during the first half of the season, so this is a positive moment for both the club and the boys. Many of the Academy's pupils play for different age groups of the Ukrainian national team, so I believe that in time they will represent the country's main team," Ponomaryov's words are quoted by Rukh's official website.
