"Kolos told Tribuna.com about its position on the UPL TV pool, which will start operating from the second part of the 2023/24 Ukrainian league season.
- How does Kolos define the criteria for the success of the TV pool in the spring part of the season? What will the club consider a satisfactory result?
- The most important thing is for Kovalivka fans to be able to watch all our team's matches live. Now they will have a choice of where to watch: OTT platform, cable or a linear channel, and we think this is very good. Also, those fans who did not have time or could not watch the match live for various reasons will have easy access to YouTube reviews, which is the best criterion for seeing Kolos in free access.
- How does Kolos see the further development of the TV pool next season?
- The full unification of rights and entering the international market with this product. We see the development in the fact that in the future this product should appear in Europe. We also want to create an opportunity for Ukrainian fans and those interested in Ukrainian football, our championship and players to follow it on a regular basis outside Ukraine.
And not just to follow, but to see a good picture of the broadcasts and good content in its design and presentation in general. For any Ukrainian club, including ours, it is important to showcase your club and its players not only to the Ukrainian audience, but also far beyond the borders of our country.
"Kolos supports the initiative to unite the clubs into a single TV pool, but believes that during the war, football should be available to fans free of charge.
