Zorya president Yevhen Heller said that the club plans to sue the team's former coach Patrick van Leeuwen, who had previously joined Shakhtar.
- "We fired two coaches during the season, it was my mistake. With van Leeuwen, I guessed right, with the other coaches, I didn't. I think Koval did a good job in the winter training camp, so Koval is our coach for now. I am not looking for anyone else.
As for the situation with van Leeuwen, I don't want to discuss it, it's my internal matter. But I negatively assessed his actions. He is not such an important person for me to be angry with him, but I was unpleasant and unexpected. I learnt earlier that he had reached an agreement with Shakhtar, even before he left us.
We still have a year to sue him. Our lawyers are currently working on this issue. If there are enough arguments to make it not just a puffery, but a serious decision, then we will file a lawsuit. If it is a decision that will award us 20,000 euros, we will not file," Geller said in a commentary to the Profootball YouTube channel.
