Head coach of Oleksandriya Ruslan Rotan spoke about the team's preparations for the second part of the season in the Ukrainian league.

It's no secret that there is still work to be done, and they understand that. But we are moving in the right direction, and their psychology and mentality are focused on doing a good job in the championship.
I am pleased with the players' attitude to their work. In some positions, we have up to three players competing for a place in the main squad. Therefore, this is always a plus. In my opinion, the competition will continue in the championship. Whoever is stronger in training will play. This is a sporting principle, and we have to stick to it.
We are currently analysing the results of the training camp. Will there be changes? I think so. There is a sufficient number of players. There is even competition on the field in some positions, as I have already mentioned. It can even get in the way in the championship. Therefore, it will be better for some of the players to go on loan. But this does not mean that we are giving up on them," Rotan said in an interview with the official website of Oleksandriya.
