Dynamo defender Taras Mikhavko shared his emotions on the Profootball YouTube channel after the match of the 18th round of the Ukrainian championship against Metalist 1925.
- Taras, you made your debut for Dynamo's first team. What does it mean to you?
- Of course, I am already pleased to make my debut for such a team as Dynamo Kyiv. Thank you very much for the trust of the coaching staff, thank you to the guys in the team for their help. It was a dream since childhood, because I support Dynamo in Ukrainian football. I have always dreamed of playing for the first team. I am very grateful to everyone who supports me. Thank God, everything turned out so well that we won.
- Do you feel any psychological pressure from the talk that you might be Dynamo's main player?
- It was a bit difficult, but after playing a few matches at the training camp, I got used to it and there was nothing difficult. In general, I don't read what is written about me in the press.
- Do your parents worry a lot?
- Yes, of course, they watch the matches. My friends also watch and worry.
- What did your team-mates advise you?
- They told me not to worry. You need to play calmly and reliably from the first minutes, and then it will go from there. I tried to do everything.
- What did your team-mates say to you after the second missed goal?
- They supported me, told me not to be upset, because there was such an episode: I went ahead, but the ball slipped under my foot because of the slippery pitch. Again, the guys just supported me.
