It turns out that Shakhtar was the initiator. But "by agreement of the parties". Although according to the Regulations, this could be done in just 12 days.
In this case, the European Cups are out of the question. There is no force majeure either. Unless we consider force majeure to be the fact that Shakhtar does not want to spend the night in Oleksandriia because there are no normal, elite hotels there. Accordingly, that is why Shakhtar do not want to play a late match. The match ends at 8pm, if there is no alarm, and they don't get to Kyiv before the curfew, where there are luxury hotels where players can sleep for 15 million euros.
Who should be interested in this, apart from Shakhtar? And most importantly, why ... is this being decided in violation of the Regulations? Why is the UPL management violating the law signed by its own head to please Shakhtar? Why is the UPL management again giving grounds to say that it is tied to Shakhtar?
