The President of the Ukrainian Football Association, Andriy Shevchenko, attended a training session of the Ukrainian national team made up of amputees.
Photo: uaf.uaThe leader of our football stressed the importance of socialisation for football players and invited everyone to join the training sessions, which can be signed up for at amp@uaf.ua.
The training sessions take place in Kyiv on the artificial pitches of the V. Bannikov Science and Technology Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays (starting at 19:00).
It is worth noting that amp-football is an ongoing competition with national teams from other countries under the auspices of the EAFF and a great opportunity to prove yourself. In particular, the men's national team of amputees is preparing for the European Summer Championships, and the women's team is being formed into a single national team.
