On 10 March, Ukrainian journalist Ihor Burbas reported on his Telegram channel that the players of Luhansk-based Zorya were allegedly ready to boycott the match against Dynamo Kyiv because of wage arrears owed by the club's management. However, Zorya manager Ihor Huz denied this "insight".
