- Oleksandr Ivanovych, what kind of scandalous situation happened after the match with Polissia?

- I can't tell you the details because I was in the stands, not on the pitch. I don't know what started the conflict and what the reason was. When I came downstairs, everything had calmed down. After the game, I spoke to the match delegate and he said that there were no comments. If there had been a critical situation, the referees would have informed the delegate so that he could have included it in the report.

As far as I understand, it was emotions on the part of the Polissia players - word for word, and it went on. I also had a violent reaction when Obolon played away to Polissia in the first round and we were awarded a penalty in stoppage time. I ran to the referees to sort things out and was fined by the SCC.

- Kravets said that after the match, a drunken man from Obolon approached Polissia and started telling them something.

- This is a lie! There were no outsiders, let alone drunk people, in the technical area. Only authorised club employees were there: coaches, masseurs, doctors. There were guards around. So I can confidently say that Kravets' statements are not true.

I understand that the result was negative for them and that Polissia wanted to win because they hadn't been able to do so for three matches in a row. The game was tense and nervous, there were a lot of cards and, as far as I understand, Polissia had some complaints about the refereeing. Against this background, you can say anything, because emotions are running high.

- In whose address Budkovsky shouted: "Shut the f**k up"?

- I don't know, because I wasn't present in the technical area. It's the team's weekend, and I couldn't ask them about the details of the situation. We'll talk about it when they get back.

- How would you rate the refereeing in the match?

- I am very pleased that there are no high-profile refereeing scandals in the UPL in the spring part of the championship. Our referees are able to judge well both on VAR and on the pitch. This is a very big plus that happened after the arrival of Shevchenko, Monzul and the new UAF team. Monzul's hand is already felt in the judiciary. God willing, it will continue to happen.

After four rounds, I did not see any wrong decisions made by the referees. Yes, there was a scandalous episode in the Shakhtar-Kryvbas match when Kryskiv and Bondarenko played the ball without the referee's whistle, but according to the rules they acted correctly, it was more a matter of fair play.

- It turns out that Luchi should have been removed earlier?

- He should have been removed a long time ago. But it was not just Luchi who was the problem here. If there is political will in the UAF leadership, then all other structures will follow suit. At the moment, Obolon is pleased with the positive changes that are taking place in Ukrainian refereeing.
