"To win, you need aggression, in the third zone we have to take responsibility, shoot on goal, take risks, give finishing passes. And we're a little bit lacking in skill in situations where we have to make those key decisions.

We are in a struggle for survival. It builds character, courage. But some of our young players need to rethink everything: I think they do not realise where they are, they create illusions for themselves.
