Last Wednesday, part of the Ukrainian national team left for the preparatory training camp for Euro 2024. 10 players, medical and administrative staff of the Blue and Yellows travelled by train from Kyiv.
The following blue and yellow players left the capital: Oleksandr Zinchenko, Mykola Matvienko, Heorhii Sudakov, Yukhym Konoplia, Volodymyr Brazhko, Oleksandr Zubkov, Oleksandr Tymchyk, Valerii Bondar, Bohdan Mykhailichenko and Oleksandr Svatok.
Some of the guys will join the team in Lviv and Rzeszów, while the legionnaires will arrive at the first location of the "blue and yellows" at the training camp - in Herzogenaurach, Germany. It is in this city that the Ukrainian national team will begin preparations for Euro 2024 today.
It will be recalled that on 3 June in Nuremberg, Germany, the Ukrainian national team will play a friendly match with the German national team. The next day, the Blue and Yellows will fly to Warsaw. In the capital of the neighbouring country, the Ukrainians will play a sparring match with Poland on 7 June. The final test of strength for the Ukrainian national team on the eve of Euro 2024 will be a friendly with the Moldovan national team on 11 June in Chisinau. The next day, on 12 June, the national team will arrive at the place of permanent deployment for Euro 2024 - the city of Wiesbaden.
