Real Madrid's bosses have reached an agreement with ageing midfielder Luka Modric on a contract extension, journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

We would like to add that Luka Modric has been defending the colours of Real Madrid since the summer of 2012. During this time, he has played 533 matches and scored 39 goals.
