Famous Ukrainian journalist Andriy Shakhov has shared his opinion on the upcoming Euro 2024. According to the expert, the Ukrainian national team has a good chance to qualify for the play-offs. At the same time, the journalist is confident that the England national team will again play in the final.

This is if you do not count the friendly matches, especially with Moldova, which is one of the weakest European national teams (this match is more for the players to know that they can win big and beautiful). But in terms of the draw, Ukraine's chances of getting out of the group are very good. I believe that Ukraine is now stronger than both Romania and Slovakia.
It is quite difficult to determine all 16 participants of the playoffs, considering that four teams out of six, who will take the third place, will also play in the knockout matches. It seems to me that the Germans should come out of the group, without fail. Switzerland should also come out. Will play in 1/8 three teams from Group B, without Albania (Spain, Croatia). Wouldn't be surprised if Denmark and Serbia end up there too.

Germans as hosts? I like the current German national team better than under past mentors. But I don't know if Cross and Gundogan will pull through, with Rüdiger, Neuer and Kimmich, there are problems in other positions.
