Dnipro-1 midfielder Bohdan Lednev commented to Dnipro.ua on the results of the draw for the second qualifying round of the Conference League, in which his team will play against Hungarian side Pushkas Academy.

They have a good level, they are one of the leaders of the championship. They combine good ball handling and the ability to fight. I think our opponent is around the top 6 of the Ukrainian championship. It's not an easy opponent, but if we prepare well, we can pass them.
- Does the fact of the draw bring the season closer in your mind? Do you miss the team, the game?
- We have already begun to prepare for the training camp individually, and, of course, we are eager to resume matches. Moreover, the European Cups are ahead - any player wants to participate in them.
- Do you think the fact that the Conference League matches will be the first official ones for our team this season can have any surprise effect on the opponent?
- Our task is to prepare for these games as well as possible. Everyone understands how important the European Cups are for us. We have to make a good start and achieve good results. We hope that this is just the beginning, and we will have more than one round.
- You said you have already started training. Are we talking about traditional weight training to be ready for the training camp?
- Yes, of course. The coaches gave us a program that we are working on. It's running work, to which everyone adds ball exercises in the gym and on the field.
