It's great that we broke the deadlock and scored the second. Shaparenko's pass was great. When the national team plays forward, everything works out.
- How did Ukraine manage to switch to the forward game and turn the tide?
- There are players who do things - for example, Zabarnyi made a pass that few people in the national team do. Basically, the whole team plays near their goal, plays there. And when there is a forward pass, everyone moves forward. This direction resulted in Yaremchuk's goal.
- Who should start in the lineup for Belgium - Yaremchuk or Dovbyk?
- I think Rebrov knows who should start. It's hard for me to say, and probably not necessary, because he makes the decision. Whoever feels better, whoever is ready, will come on.
- The fans recognized Trubin as the player of the match, while UEFA recognized Shaparenko. In your opinion, who was the best in the Ukrainian national team?
- I would probably not say that. Neither Trubin, nor Shaparenko, nor Yaremchuk, but the whole team. After this victorious match, they need to get together and move to Belgium together and win. And there is no need to choose who is the best. Everyone did their job. Someone more, someone less, but above all, the national team won.
