Karpaty coach Vladyslav Lupashko spoke about starting work in the first team.
Vladyslav Lupashko (photo: fckarpaty.org.ua)- This is a big challenge for our coaching staff. During the period that I spent at the club, I realized that Karpaty are very much loved by the fans. They are ready to give everything they have for the team: their hearts and souls. This was evident even when working with the U-19 team. It was noticeable how selflessly the boys train.
Working at such a club, you have to give your all. We want to give the fans bright emotions and good football. I hope that during Karpaty's matches people will forget about the problems that surround us for two hours and enjoy the success of their favorite team. In my opinion, this is one of the main tasks of a coach.
We know all the players of the main team, but we will soon get to know them better. We will have individual conversations with each player. We have a rather specific training process, our own methodology. There is not much time left before the start of the season, but we will work in an intensive regime of two training sessions a day to speed up the process of integration into the new requirements," said the coach.
