Ivanisenya is a native of Krivoy Rog, which was hit by a missile attack by Russian occupiers on the night of August 27. The hit killed 4 people and injured 5 others.
Ivanisenya is a pupil of Shakhtar, but did not make his debut for the main team. In Ukraine he played for Mariupol and Zarya, he also played for Dinamo Tbilisi. The midfielder has been playing for the Russian club since July 2021.
In 2019, he made his debut for the Ukraine national team when he came on as a substitute in a friendly match against Estonia (1-0).
