The Committee on stadiums and safety of competitions UAF commented on the situation with the new stadium "Ingulets" - "Ingulets Arena". Recall, this stadium is not allowed to host matches of the Ukrainian championship, and in response to this "Ingulets" sent a letter to the UPL about the removal of the team from the competition.
"Commissioning of a building is the final stage in the creation of a facility under construction (reconstruction, overhaul, technical re-equipment, etc.).
Acceptance of operation is carried out by the construction inspection. Stadium commissioning is the process of obtaining (registering) a document confirming that the building or structure can be used without risk to human life and health. According to the results of receiving by the stadium "Ingulets Arena" of the relevant act of commissioning should be signed by the commission Act of compliance of the structure to technical standards. It is such a document is the basic for obtaining permission to hold soccer matches of the Committee.
On May 20, the first inspection of the stadium "Ingulets Arena" in Petrovo village took place. The purpose of the visit was to determine the compliance of the stadium with the Regulations on stadium infrastructure and safety measures for soccer competitions. Based on the results of the inspection, a number of deficiencies were identified, which the club must eliminate in order to obtain permission to hold home UPL matches at the home stadium. The main infrastructural requirement was the signing of the Act.
Since that moment and to this day, the relevant document has not been received by the UAF Stadium and Competition Safety Service. Letters requesting to authorize matches as an exception have been recorded, but the Committee has no grounds to make such an exception, ignoring the Laws of Ukraine. Availability of the Act of compliance of the stadium with technical standards is not a requirement of the UAF, it is a requirement of the resolution of the CMU from 18.12.1998 #2025 and the resolution of the CMU from 25.04.2012. #341," the Committee said in a statement.
