The President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko commented on the September performances of the youth and national teams of Ukraine.

I am grateful to Serhiy Rebrov, under whose leadership we see progress in the work and results of the entire vertical of the national teams.
In addition to the youth Euro, we have the U-20 World Cup ahead of us, where Dmytro Mykhailenko's team has made it through. Along with the entry of the adult national team to the Euro, we have a comprehensive success in the work of the coaching team that is currently working with our national teams.
That is why we see prospects in the chosen vector of work and fully trust Serhii Rebrov. He has full carte blanche to implement ideas and experiment.
Unsuccessful results at the start of the Nations League will not change our strategy. The UAF's task is to contribute to the fulfillment of the global goal of the national team's entry into the World Cup. We are only at the start of the two-year cycle and evaluate the work of the national teams comprehensively. Serhiy Rebrov and his team have a lot of work ahead of them, and we continue to support them," said Andriy Shevchenko.
