We officially state that the club has responsibly fulfilled and will continue to fulfill all obligations regarding the player during the cooperation. In contrast, on the part of the player, there have been systematic violations of the contract clauses regarding discipline, professional behavior, and other requirements. It should be noted that all of the above is documented on the club's part. We perceive Beni Makuwana's comment in the public domain as a continuation of these actions.
We inform that the player currently has a valid agreement with the club. Accordingly, FC "Polissya" will continue to responsibly adhere to all obligations. We also urge the player to fulfill the contract. In the event of a breach of the agreement, the club will turn to competent authorities. This includes the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne," - the statement says in the official telegram channel of "Polissya".
