- We expect good football, which will be supported by a good result. The Ukrainian team, in principle, has one task - to reach the elite division. This is a task, as demonstrated by previous matches of the League of Nations and qualification matches for the 2022 World Cup, that it is quite possible to complete this task.
Stolyarchuk noted that we should tune in to a serious fight with Scotland and keep our fists for our team.
- We are waiting for two matches (against the Scots, - ed.), and here we need to take our own. I hope that we will be able to demonstrate the football we are ready for. If we do this, then we will complete the task.
The first game against Scotland in the Nations League will take place on September 21 in Glasgow. The meeting will start at 21:45 Kyiv time. The blue-yellows will play with the Armenian team on September 24, and the second game with the Scots is scheduled for September 27.
