Ten Haag became the coach of the month in the Premier League

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag won his first award at Old Trafford.

The 52-year-old specialist was recognized as the coach of the month in the English Premier League. The Dutchman beat Antonio Conte (Tottenham) and Harry O'Neill (Bournemouth) in the vote. In September, the "Red Devils" played two matches in the championship against "Leicester" (1:0) and "Arsenal" (3:1).

The last Manchester United manager to receive the award was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in January 2019.

The Mancunians are in fifth place in the Premier League table with 12 points from six matches played.
